Incredible hydration

I am shocked at how much I love this toner. I skin flood so have many toners in my rotation. This one was an instant HG for me and I stocked up immediately! So thankful it has made it into the permanent line. My skin feels nourished & moisturized with a dewy finish, but not heavy at all. Like a deep hydrating hug for your face. Packaging and color is gorgeous as well. They really knocked it out of the park with this one!

The BEST Toner
