Puffiness Gone!
I have suffered with eye puffiness every morning since I can remember . I recently just started using the Bloom Effects Tulip Eye treatment and OMG. My eyes look amazing. I out it on every night after my skin flooding and before my moisturizer. I wake up looking more refreshed and amazed in the difference. I love it !

Luxury in a jar
This eye treatment is pure luxury in a jar. The Black Tulip Eye Treatment instantly makes my under-eyes look smoother, brighter, and well-rested. The texture is rich but melts in beautifully, and a little goes a long way. Over time, I’ve noticed less dryness and my concealer sits so much better. The best
I used tata Harper’s eye balm for years, which is quite an expensive plant based eye cream. I thought that it was my holy grail product and worth the cost, but after trying this eye balm I’m switching to bloom effects. For a fraction of the cost, it actually makes the skin around my eye feel more hydrated and plump. I also like the texture and smell more too. What a find!
