Bloomeffects, Inc. ("Bloomeffects", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal information when you interact with Bloomeffects.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through bloomeffects.com, our online store, customer accounts, loyalty and rewards programs, Skin Quiz, promotions, contests and sweepstakes, reviews, customer service interactions, email and SMS communications, social media interactions, events and other interactions with Bloomeffects (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications or services operated independently by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

- Skin Quiz and beauty preference information, including information you voluntarily provide about your skin type, skin goals and skin concerns so that we can provide product recommendations and improve your experience. Our Skin Quiz does not request medical history, medications, pregnancy information or other health information.
- Communications, including emails, SMS messages, customer service requests, feedback and other communications you send to us.
- Marketing preferences, such as whether you have subscribed to email or SMS marketing and your communication preferences.
- User content, such as product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs or other content you choose to submit.
