Domestic Shipping (USA)
Receive complimentary ground shipping on orders over $50 when shipping to destinations within the U.S. No promo code needed.
Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx. Our express shipping carrier is FedEx and does not deliver to PO Boxes or on weekends. PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO, and military address orders will be shipped via USPS. Standard shipping charges will apply.
Please note: The default USPS delivery method is to your mailbox or, if too large, delivered to your doorstep. This service does not require a signature. If this method is unsuitable, you can contact USPS using your tracking number for a signed delivery service at an extra cost or contact Bloomeffects at the time of placing the order for assistance.

International Shipping
Bloomeffects ships internationally via FedEx to Canada, The Netherlands, France, and Australia. For Australian orders, please visit our Australian website. We offer free standard shipping to Canada & Australia on orders over $100. Free standard shipping to The Netherlands and France applies to orders over $150.
All international orders are currently charged in USD. Bloomeffects does not cover foreign transaction fees.
As a US-based business, all products are shipped from our US warehouse. International purchases are considered personal imports. While we strive to meet international standards, customers are responsible for compliance with local regulations, import duties, and sales taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns on items purchased through Bloomeffects.com within 30 days of receipt. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and returns require an additional shipping fee.
Faulty Returns
If you receive a faulty product, we will replace or refund the original purchase, including shipping costs. Please contact us before sending your return. A shipping label will be provided. Proof of purchase is required for refunds.
Exchanges
Bloomeffects accepts exchanges for US orders within 30 days of purchase with a valid order number. To request an exchange, email info@bloomeffects.com with your order number, name, email, reason for exchange, and phone number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, including Canada.
