Orders are delivered on Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx. Our express shipping carrier is FedEx and does not deliver to PO Boxes or on weekends. PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO and orders delivered to military addresses will be shipped via USPS. Standard shipping charges will apply.
Please note the default USPS delivery method is to your mail box or if too large, delivered on the doorstep. This service does not require the item to be signed for. If this method of delivery is not suitable, you can contact USPS directly using your delivery tracking number for a signed delivery service at an extra cost or you can contact Bloomeffects at the time of placing the order for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Bloomeffects is also able to ship internationally. We currently ship via FEDEX to Canada, The Netherlands, France, and Australia (for Australian orders please visit out Australian Website. We offer free standard shipping to Canada & Australia on international orders of $100 or more. We offer free standard shipping to the The Netherlands and France on orders of $150 or more.
Please note all international orders are currently charged in USD, and Bloomeffects does not cover any foreign transaction fees.
Bloomeffects is a US based business, and we ship all of our products from our warehouse in the US. If you are purchasing from an overseas location, it is considered a personal import for personal use and whilst we do our best to meet follow as many international standards as possible, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations as well as any import duties and sales taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
Due to COVID 19 pandemic and public health safety we cannot accept returns on items that have been shipped correctly. If you received a different item than what is listed on your order confirmation that is considered an error please email info@bloomeffects.com.
Fault returns: (Something is not right with the product):
Whilst we don’t expect this to happen often it is possible that something might not be quite right with the product. In this case we will replace or refund the original purchase in consultation with you including the cost of shipping (we will provide a shipping label so don’t send before we supply this). We will review the issue with you after we receive the return and if we agree that the product is not right then we will issue you a full refund. Please note that proof of purchase will be required to determine the refund.
EXCHANGES
Bloomeffects will only accept exchanges on items purchased in the United States through the website with a valid order number within 30 days of purchase. To return your new or gently used online purchase, please email us at info@bloomeffects.com. Please include your order number, name, email address, reason for return and phone number. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Bloomeffects is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments at this time, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.
