The key difference is in the texture and occusiveness. While the Dew Drops is a water-based serum, the Dew Cream is a water-in-oil emulsion which means it provides both humectant and occlusive moisturizing benefits.

Tulip Dew Cream is amazing. I use it twice a day, in both my morning and evening routine. It feels lightweight but still gives deep hydration, leaving my skin soft, smooth, and naturally glowy. I LOVE THIS NEW CREAM

It's such an interesting texture. Sort of a gel cream that liquefies on your skin. I don't like heavy creams for all over my face so I love this cream. It is light, but moisturizing. My face still feels very soft and moisturized in the morning.
