Unique and Transformative

I received this free with a purchase-I think it was anything over $100…. I wasn’t too excited but then I used it. Now it is just one more Bloomeffects product I use daily. My eyes are so hydrated and lines less visible-they would always dry out when I used my Tretinoin under them. Now I put a layer of this serum and then my Retinoid, then more Eye serum. I have had gorgeous results!
