This eye treatment is pure luxury in a jar. The Black Tulip Eye Treatment instantly makes my under-eyes look smoother, brighter, and well-rested. The texture is rich but melts in beautifully, and a little goes a long way. Over time, I’ve noticed less dryness and my concealer sits so much better. The best

I used tata Harper’s eye balm for years, which is quite an expensive plant based eye cream. I thought that it was my holy grail product and worth the cost, but after trying this eye balm I’m switching to bloom effects. For a fraction of the cost, it actually makes the skin around my eye feel more hydrated and plump. I also like the texture and smell more too. What a find!

Nice so far

I haven’t been using the eye treatment for long, maybe two weeks, but I definitely enjoy using it. The packaging was a little frustrating, in that the tab between the lid and the product took a lot of product with it and was kind of messy. But I really enjoy the product and especially the applicator.
